In keeping with our ongoing consultation with our clients, earlier this year we made the decision that it was time for a new approach to how we communicate with you.
We want to provide you with informative content, in a way that is relevant and fits in with how you want to receive it. Understandably you won’t be interested in everything that we deliver, but we plan over time to tailor this information to suit more of want you want to get out of our services.
In late 2013 we undertook a communication survey of our client base, to ascertain what we were doing right and where we could improve in terms of how we interact with you. We also gained some great insights into why and how you access information from us.
Most interestingly, the main reason behind people visiting our website is so that they can get to know our team a bit better. We have kept this in mind with this new website, adding new photos of the CSP team through out, and more information about us.
This survey has resulted in several new initiatives which include:
1. A brand new CSP website at www.csp.com.au
We listened to your feedback, and have focused on making the site much easier to navigate and more intuitive. We also have focused on providing more information that is current and reflects what is going on in the world right here and now.
2. Communication through social media
Yes it is true, not everyone uses or engages with social media, but it is a great way to for us to provide you with our views on specific issues that are being discussed, such as raising the retirement age for example.
CSP is set up in Linkedin: http://www.linkedin.com/company/chick-st-clair-and-partners
Plus.. I have a Twitter account @LachlanStClair
If you have a Twitter account I encourage you to follow me. If Twitter is not your thing, no fear! We have set up a news feed on the home page of our new website so that you can read the latest post. However if you want to read more you will have to set up an account.
3. Client Seminars and Education
Shortly we will commence a series of short breakfast seminars focused on assisting those 25-45 years of age think out of the square more when it comes to their superannuation savings. If this sounds like something you are interested in, or you know someone who would be interested please let us know.
4. Last, but not least, our birthday celebrations!
In July CSP turns 40! This is a rarity in our industry and we are proud to still have many of our clients from 40 years ago still seeking advice. We will be celebrating this in a number of ways this year. Watch this space!
All in all we are really proud of the service and advice that we provide, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our loyal clients for their ongoing support. We will continually seek to improve what and how we deliver quality financial advice and service and appreciate any feedback or comments that you might have.
